Lá Fora, south of the Tagus

The beginning of the new school year marks a new adventure for Lá Fora, in Almada.

After three very busy years at the Lá Fora School in Lisbon, at Quinta das Conchas, we will open all our Forest School activities at the new Almada hub.

While this summer already featured an edition of the Férias Lá Fora program in this new space, September marks the opening of a pre-school age group of the Aprender Lá Fora activity, in this forest by the river.

The space of the Lá Fora School in Almada is a private land, located at Rua Francisco Foreiro, 2 in Almada and has several attractions: a huge forest, punctuated by viewpoints that offer us a privileged view of the 25 de Abril Bridge and the Tagus River in all its extension.

It is a space with a lot of life and other residents, including a horseriding school and a beekeeper, who have provided several moments of interaction and learning to our Lá Fora explorers.

The Lá Fora School in Almada has natural wealth, space to learn and play, time to grow and get to know. Be sure to schedule a visit!

Starting in September, we will be offering a Aprender Lá Fora group in Almada, our full-time activity aimed at pre-school children (3-6 years old), as well as playgroups for babies (0-3 years old) where children are accompanied by a caregiver.

In addition, we will continue with activities during school breaks (Férias Lá Fora, for children from 3 to 12 years old) and the extracurricular activities Explorar Lá Fora, (3-12 years old).
